TEST Term 1 - HASS Culminating Event

As part of our HASS unit this term, students have been learning to identify continuity and change in family structures, roles, and significant aspects of daily life, such as schooling.

The children have enjoyed exploring how different life was from the 1950s to the 1990s compared to today. They developed a list of questions to ask their parents or grandparents about how life has changed since they were young. On Friday, 27 March 2026, Year 1 parents and/or grandparents were invited to visit our classrooms at 8:30 am to be interviewed by their child. 

The children then proudly shared some of the work they had completed during the term. Although it was a very busy time, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
