What is your trade or area of interest?
Touch and Rugby 7s

What do you like about your trade/sport?
I love that we do hands on work so we are always actively learning. And the Diploma and Certificate courses we do align with what most of us want to do once we've finished school.

If you have a Traineeship / Apprenticeship / Job - what have you enjoyed most about your traineeship/apprenticeship/job?
I've really enjoyed having the opportunity to learn and grow in such a positive environment, whilst having the freedom to try new things.

Is there a skill that you've gained or improved or proud of since working?
My confidence in speaking to a large group of people has definitely improved so much since coaching at schools.

What are your future goals?
I would like to go to University and study something related to sports or psychology, and eventually work in a career where I can help and motivate others.

Has working helped you understand more about your future goals?
Yes, working has helped me understand that I enjoy working with people and being in leadership roles. It has shown me that I like helping others improve and build their confidence, which has made me think more about studying something related to sport coaching or psychology in the future.

Describe a moment or experience that has stood out to you either working or at KTTC?
A moment that stood out to me was when doing surfing for outdoor rec, we all got invovled and had so much fun, this made me look forward to those lessons every week.
