King’s Senior Ensembles perform for Year 3 and 4
The Year 3 and 4 were blessed this week with a concert performance from the King’s Pimpama Symphonic Wind Band and the Senior String Orchestra.
After beginning their Orchestral Music Program in Term 1, Year 4 have been eagerly learning and growing in their skill and understanding of music. The concert was an opportunity for the students to gain a greater understanding of what they are aiming for in their ensembles and to inspire them toward a commitment to practice and dedication to their instruments. The opportunity to see the instrument they are learning being played by senior students was very inspiring.
For Year 3, the concert was the first step in their introduction to the instruments of the orchestra.
Here is a short interview with year 4 student, Chase (4PA)
