Important Information About 2024 School Photos
School photos are an important time in our annual school calendar when we take individual portraits, as well as class and group photos of every student for College records. We realise there were significant delays with last year’s provider and have carefully selected MSP Photography as our new supplier to deliver high-quality, timely photos for our families this year. Photo orders will be distributed at the end of Term 2.
Thursday, 8 February
- Years 7 - 12 High School students
- KTTC Year 10 and Year 12 students
- Optional sibling photos (ELC + Prep - Year 12) 7.15am - 8.15am in the HUB
Friday, 9 February
- Prep - Year 6 students
- Optional sibling photos (ELC + Prep - Year 12) 7.15am - 8.15am in the AUDITORIUM
Tuesday, 20 February
- KTTC Year 11 students (further details will be provided directly)
Early Learning individual and class photos will be taken in Term 2. Group photos featuring sports, foundation students, our Year 12 cohort etc will also be taken in Term 2.
Online Booking Information
To book and pay for your child's photos online, CLICK THIS BOOKING LINK or the button below.
Please take note of the following steps:
- Use the ‘sign in with student details’ button at bottom of the sign in page.
- You will be required to enter the surname and the birth date of one of your children
- The next screen will ask you to set up a personal parent account
- You will now have access to the MSP Photography portal and will be able to see the child's details you provided in step 1.
- Click on Order 2024 Photographs to add extra children and order your photo packages
CASH ENVELOPES will be available from our Primary, High School, and Main Administration offices for families who prefer cash payment. If using this payment method, the cash envelope must be handed directly to the photographer on the designated school photo day. The envelope should include the correct cash payment. If your family pays with cash, please do NOT create an MSP Online account.
Sibling Photos
Sibling photos will be taken from 7.15am - 8.15am on Thursday, 8 February, in the HUB, and Friday, 8 February, in the Auditorium. Please arrive early to allow for queues. All ELC and primary students must be accompanied by a parent for sibling photos before school at the HUB or Auditorium.
Uniforms
All students must arrive in formal uniform on their designated photo day. Ties are required for all male high school students. All Years 10 - 12 students are required to wear their formal blazer for their photo. Long grey formal pants are required for Years 10-12 male students. Even if your child has a scheduled PE class, they should come dressed in their formal uniform and can change into their PE uniform after their photo session.
